Dr. Choudary is a Board Certified Adult Neurologist of American Telestroke and Neurology©; a healthcare organization dedicated to Americans Nationwide by fighting against stroke. Stroke is a catastrophic condition which is the leading cause for disability and death after heart disease, and if not treated, the results are almost always fatal or lifelong disability. With the most advanced and reliable technologies to date which allows rapid access to our healthcare, we will be able to provide urgent evaluations by Stroke Specialists along with the recommendation of the newest medications available in accordance to the standard of care through emergency departments. With these new standard of care recommendations, there has been a significant decline in disability and worst outcomes with the new treatments available according to the American Heart and Stroke Foundation and Interventional Trials.

Dr. Choudary is a Board Certified Neurologist, ABPN(Adult Neurology) Diplomat with a formal ACGME Fellowship Training as a Stroke Specialist with the highest National Standards in a USA accredited program. He was trained at Jacobs Neurological Institute; State University of Buffalo, NY, where he completed his residency in Millard Fillmore Hospital; a USA based Large Stroke Center, and went on to finish his fellowship at the University of South Florida in Vascular Neurology and Stroke. He is a unique Vascular Neurologist with Neurocritical Care background in Lakeland, Florida as a former Chairperson of Department of Neurology of a large health care organization at Lakeland Regional Hospital.
Dr. Choudary is well recognized for his work on Ischemic and Hemorrhagic Stroke with Research and Publications in National and International Journals. Prior to joining LRH, he has extensive backgrounds in Stroke, Cerebrovascular Diseases, and researches and teachings in American and Canadian Universities.
